Questions, answered plainly.

Everything here reflects the published terms. When something is a limit rather than a feature, we say so.

Pricing

Do I need all six documents ready to buy the bundle?

No. The six-upload bundle is available only when you first register, and you can upload your documents later. It costs $300 for six uploads.

Is there a monthly or annual fee?

No. You pay once for each upload and there is nothing more to pay to keep that document in your registry. There are no monthly fees, no annual fees, and no subscription. The only later costs are optional replacements and new uploads at the published prices.

Access

How does someone retrieve a document?

A designated individual, hospital, or court can use registry lookup with your name and one identifier. After verification, they can retrieve only the documents you permitted. Links are encrypted and time-limited, and access attempts are logged. Retrieval is free.

Will a hospital know my documents are there?

You can grant a hospital access and carry a printable ID card to help others find your registry. There is no guarantee that a hospital or court will use the service.

Who can I choose to access my documents?

You can designate zero to five individuals, with permission for each document. You can also grant hospitals and courts permission for individual documents. There is no guarantee that they will utilize the service.

Documents

Can I update a document after I upload it?

Yes. A replacement upload costs $50. Replacing an allergy or medication list is free; its original upload is subject to the normal upload price.

How many documents can I keep?

You can store up to 12 documents. Each file can be up to 5 MB and must be a PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG.

How are documents stored?

Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit, with redundant storage. Our financial model is structured to support long-term document preservation. The registry stores documents you already have; it does not provide legal or tax advice.

Can I delete a document?

Yes. You can delete a document from your account. If you cancel the account, access ends and the uploaded documents are permanently deleted.

Account

Can I register for someone else?

A registrant, trustee, attorney, or person with power of attorney may register. Choose document access carefully for the people and institutions involved.

What if I cancel my account?

If you cancel within the first 30 days, you receive a 50% refund. No refund is available after 30 days. Once your account is cancelled, access ends and your documents are permanently deleted. See the terms of sale for complete conditions.
